Our Refund Guarantee:

  1. We guarantee that you will receive access to our complete database, as described in our product offerings. This means you should be able to download and access the entire database once your order is completed.

When We Can Refund:

  1. The only circumstance in which we will provide a refund is if you did not receive access to the number of leads promised in our product offering. We are committed to delivering on what we advertise, and if there is a shortfall in the number of leads provided, we will issue a refund for the prorated amount corresponding to the shortage.

What We Cannot Refund:

  1. Once you have successfully accessed and downloaded our database, we are unable to provide a refund, even if you decide not to use it or integrate it into your system. We have no means of ensuring the return or cessation of use of our database once it is in your possession.

Refund Request Process:

  1. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase and clearly explain the shortfall in leads received.
  2. Our team will assess the situation and, if the conditions for a refund are met, process the refund to your original payment method.
